Allison's Photo Shoot

Here are some pictures of Allison. A very nice lady in our ward offered to take some and two hours later, these are some that we got.

This was my first (and possibly last) attempt to get pictures of a newborn. But I'm very glad that I did!

Happy Easter

We had a busy Easter Saturday. First we had breakfast and an Easter egg hunt with the Montagues. Then, later, we had an Easter egg hunt/ birthday party with the Strongs.

Will and Mckenzie liked finding eggs at their grandparents' house.

This was my favorite Easter picture! Will threw a fit because he had gotten too many eggs and had to put some back. (It's okay, he got over it.)

Mckenzie finding eggs at her cousins' house.

Mckenzie got a birthday cupcake and then I found her on the ground in the little playhouse outside.

Luckily I got this on camera. Allison has started smiling somtimes. She loves her brother and he loves to talk to her. She coos at him a little bit (and she doesn't even do that for me!)

Survival

How do you survive a new #3 baby? Put the older 2 to work cleaning the house!

I thought this was a cute picture of Will. He got socks from his friend who lives in England. He was so excited!

A Little Mama

Mckenzie decided to adopt Will's puppy for a while. I watched while she put the puppy in the baby's chair, put a burp cloth over it, then stuck a pacifier in its mouth. Later she got a onesie and put that on top of the puppy too. I'm glad she found something to baby besides our baby.

Mckenzie, you drive me crazy sometimes, but you make me laugh!

More Baby

We're still kind of in survival mode with the new baby, but I managed a few pictures of Allison being happy. She changes daily, so it's fun to see her do new things and grow. I'm starting to think she looks like Will did as a baby...she's got his mouth. But I also Mckenzie in her too. I'm sure she'll just keep changing. She has her own look, but looks like she fits in our family.

I love the sweet sleeping picture. Allison actually is a pretty good sleeper. She's starting to sleep at night, versus daytime. As long as I can get her tummy full, I can usually get her to go back to sleep at night.

Allison is being happy! She's getting more alert every day. Her brother and sister love to smother her with loves and kisses (although I'm constantly telling them to stay out of her face!) At least we're not sick anymore.
