Fun with Balloons

The kids got balloons on Saturday when we went to Dave's high school reunion picnic at the park. Mckenzie accidentally let hers go outside. This is what we saw:


Allison's getting bigger. She can sit up by herself, she loves her mama, and she gets very excited sometimes...usually she'll wave her arms and kick her legs. This is her enjoying a balloon.


Mckenzie and Will decorated pumpkins for family night on Monday. We started letting them color faces with markers and they seem to like that just as well or better than carving. (That's why Will's shirtless...so he doesn't get marker on it.)

Crafty Ambitions

Here's my next project: I found this cape tutorial on YouTube (I love YouTube by the way because you can find anything on it) and a sale is going on at JoAnn's so I'm going to attempt the cape I promised Will I would make.

October- Enjoying the Nice Weather!

This is Mckenzie the morning she saw her new skirt. She likes to dance in it.


About 8pm one night we heard the kids' door open and this is what we saw: Mckenzie had put her favorite dress on over her pajamas and was ready to take her baby on a walk.


Dave got some cute pics of Allison while he was out front with her. She's growing so fast!



This was this morning. There's a pile of dirt in the yard where Dave filled in a hole and Mckenzie and Will are in love with the dirt. I'm happy to give them a bath if it means they play happily outside all morning!

Mesa

I love Mesa because the weather is so beautiful in October! The kids and I have gone on walks, played outside, and left the doors open to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. We've also gotten several culture passes to enjoy many museums for free!
