Picnic and T-Ball

Will had his first t-ball game, after several weeks of practice. He says he's having fun and he's learning a lot. The games are pretty entertaining.

Dave borrowed these benches from his parents for a party we had (thanks!...I promise you'll get them back!) The girls now love to have "picnics" on them.

Allison's #2 Birthday, and more

Here's the latest batch of pics about what's going on in our lives:

Here are the kids enjoying some cupcakes we got from a really nice couple in our ward. Dave threw out his back a week and a half ago on a scout outing and could hardly get around, and his assistant scoutmaster and his wife brought over cupcakes the next day...which we enjoyed! Thanks so much!




Our friends invited us to a rodeo last weekend. It was the Lehi Days rodeo. I had never been before and it was fun to see. Mckenzie wanted to do some events (but she was too young) and called it the "radio".


Allison had her #2 birthday today! I really wanted it to be special for her. Melinda and Mom helped me get the idea and stuff to make this cake for her. It was her "princess cake" and the kids all seemed to like it. And it wasn't too hard! (I've had some bad experiences making cakes.)


Allison didn't have a lot of expression, but I think she really enjoyed the cake. She was saying "princess cake".


This was Mckenzie trying to be happy after I took her away from opening Allison's presents. Allison was slow and Will and Mckenzie just couldn't help themselves...they had to help open the presents!

I had to get this on video. Allison is "reading" a story to Mckenzie. And Mckenzie seems really into it.
