Finally!

Before: (We had just moved in and had Baby #2 the next day.)


After: (3 years later)


After many paint samples and a tax return and a painter who had many excuses...our house finally got painted! We still have other ideas, but are so happy with the result!

Graduation!

Will just had his last day of preschool and is on to kindergarten next year! I can't believe my little boy is going to be in public education now! (I really do feel kind of sad, but excited for him.)

I saw Will and Mckenzie outside yesterday and had to get it on video. They both wanted to ride the trike and this was their compromise. (Allison fell over, but was more mad than hurt. :)

Project

I just finished my first project on my own sewing machine. (I love that I can sew without worrying that I'm breaking someone's machine!)
I made a dress for Mckenzie. I was hoping she could wear it to church with a little shirt underneath (like I would let her run around in the dirt in a dress I made!) The pattern was relatively easy and came with a tutorial that had pictures and everything. It was also pretty forgiving, since I don't stitch straight yet. Anyways, I was pleased with the product and plan on making more!

Father Sons Outing

This past weekend was the fathers and sons outing. Dave took Will and said they had fun. Here's the proof:

They went fishing, but weren't as successful as last year.
