We made a jack-o-lantern for Halloween. Will liked to watch, but he wouldn't touch the slimy pumpkin insides. (smart boy) Then we put a candle in it and lit it. We also went to Dave's sister Jill's Halloween party on Saturday. Will was a ghostie and Mckenzie was a bumblebee. Will fought us to get dressed, but he was such a cute ghostie. I was trying to get a picture of Mckenzie smiling cause she smiles all the time, but she just kept wanting to look at her brother. Those two kids love each other!

Matthew did the same thing while we carved a Jack-o-lantern. We did it on the dining room table and he watched intermittently while he colored on some paper at the table. He was excited when it was done, though and kept talking about the "pu-in."
very cute! magi wasn't really interested in the pumpkin this year. maybe next go round. i did get to carve one with a little boy (age 5)that i babysat for a day. he's from ireland and i don't think he'd ever carved one before so he thought it was great.
